Where can I find information about the cast of a musical?
- Our current cast can be found on the respective page of the musical.
- You will receive the daily line-up directly at the merchandise stand in the Schlosstheater on the day of the performance. Please note that changes at short notice are possible at any time
Is the musical suitable for my child?
- The musical „Die Päpstin“ is recommended for ages 12 and up.
- Der Schimmelreiter„ is not suitable for children under the age of 10.
- There are no age checks. The decision to attend the musical lies with the parents or legal guardians.
- Every child needs their own seat
- Pupils and students receive a discount during the week
Are the spotlight musicals also performed in other cities?
- We are regular guests with our plays at MusicalWinter Hameln.
- Our musicals can also be seen as guest performances in other cities, most recently Robin Hood 2025 on the European tour in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

How much does a musical ticket cost?
The prices for our musicals are very fairly calculated. You can get tickets for „Der Schimmelreiter“ from as little as €36.70 (normal price). Musical tickets in the best category are available from €66.00.
Reduced musical tickets are available for pupils, students, trainees, senior citizens, severely disabled persons and wheelchair users including accompanying persons. Please contact us directly at us.
Are musical tickets available for the premiere and opening night party?
Yes, you can purchase tickets for the premieres of our musicals. These exclusive events include a champagne reception and the subsequent premiere party, where you will also meet our musical stars.
Are there discounted musical tickets?
- Yes, we offer discounted musical tickets.
- Discounted tickets for schoolchildren, students, trainees and senior citizens (aged 65 and over) are available everywhere. The discount is 10% and can only be booked for events during the week.
- Special group prices for 10 or more people can only be booked at spotlight musicals GmbH on site, by telephone or by e-mail.
- Tickets for severely disabled persons (from GdB 70%), wheelchair users and their registered companions can only be purchased from spotlight musicals GmbH on site, by telephone or by e-mail.

What does the shipping method "Ticketdirect" and "Ticketdirect with Wallet" mean?
- If you choose Ticketdirect, you will receive the ticket as a PDF by e-mail after payment.
- If you also select the Wallet option, you will also receive a ticket which you can load into your Wallet as an iPhone user.
- These shipping options are free of charge for you.
Which payment methods are possible?
- In our webshop you can pay by credit card or PayPal.
- Would you like to redeem a voucher? You are welcome to use it in the payment process.
- For bookings by telephone or e-mail, payment by invoice is also possible. Please note that tickets will only be dispatched after receipt of payment!
When and how do I receive my tickets?
- Tickets will be sent after receipt of payment.
- If you select Ticketdirect/Ticketdirect with Wallet, you will receive the tickets by e-mail.
- Sending by e-mail is free of charge.
- An additional fee will be charged for the „Shipping“ option. Please note that it may take a few days to send your order by post.
Can I change or cancel my order?
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase.
- Changes to another date are therefore NOT possible.
What do I do if I have lost or misplaced my ticket?
- Please contact the provider from whom you purchased the ticket. Here you will usually receive confirmation of admission or replacement tickets.
- A reprint on site is only possible with an admission confirmation from the seller and upon presentation of an identity card.
How can I buy musical vouchers?
- Vouchers for the Musical Summer Fulda can be purchased by telephone, e-mail or online for the amount of your choice.
- The free shipping option „Ticketdirect“ or „Ticketdirect with Wallet“ is also available here.
- You will also receive a free gift envelope via our mailing service.
- Vouchers for the Musical Summer in Fulda are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. A cash payment or refund is not possible.

How do I get to the Schlosstheater?
Coming by car from the north or south via the A7, take the Fulda Mitte exit, follow the B 458 towards the center and then follow the signs towards the castle.
Where can I park?
- Parking is available in the Q-Park parking garage under the bus station opposite the theater.
- A disabled parking space is available in front of the Schlosstheater Fulda.

Can I travel by public transportation?
- Fulda main station is approx. 10 minutes' walk from the theater.
- With all bus lines you get off at the bus station „Stadtschloss“.
- City buses stop at the Stadtschloss, intercity buses at the ZOB.
When does the Schlosstheater Fulda open?
- The foyer opens on performance days 1 hour before the start of the performance.
- The hall will open 30 minutes before the event.
When does the box office open during the season?
- The box office opens 1.5 hours before the start of the show on performance days.
- Cash and card payments are possible at the theater box office.
How long does the performance last?
- The musical performance lasts approx. 3 hours including an interval.
- The break lasts approx. 20 minutes.
Is the Schlosstheater barrier-free?
- Four seats are available for wheelchair users at the Schlosstheater Fulda.
- Walking frames may not be taken into the hall. These can be handed in at the checkroom.
- There is also a guidance system for the blind and a barrier-free toilet near the entrance.
- Unfortunately, the Schlosstheater Fulda does not have transcription or an inductive hearing system for the hearing impaired.
- Please note that not all seats are barrier-free. We will be happy to advise you by telephone.
Are there booster seats in the theater?
- A limited number of booster seats are available free of charge.
- It is permitted to bring your own booster seats.
Do the performances take place outdoors?
- The Musicalsommer Fulda takes place in the Schlosstheater.
- Open-air events are explicitly designated as such.
- The Schlosstheater is air-conditioned.
Can I see the musical even if I arrive late?
Admission after the start of the performance is not possible until the next applause during the show if you are late. We ask for your understanding, as otherwise other audience members and our performers will be disturbed.
Can photos and videos be taken?
- Any image and sound recordings during the show are prohibited for copyright reasons.
- Recordings in the foyer and during the closing applause are permitted.
Can I take food and drinks into the theater?
- Bringing your own food and drinks into the theater building is prohibited.
- Food and drinks are prohibited in the theater. We ask for your understanding.
Is food and drink available in the Schlosstheater?
