Can I buy musical merchandise in the theater?
- Our souvenir stand with our musical merchandising articles in the theater is open on performance days 1 hour before the start of the performance. Please note that the stand can only be accessed with a corresponding ticket for the day of the performance. Cash and card payment is possible on site.
Are there more fan articles than those listed here?
Yes, in addition to the fan articles shown here, there is a List with all musical fan articles for download. These can also be ordered using the form on this page.
Why do I receive an invoice from Media Mentis GmbH & Co. KG?
- Media Mentis GmbH und Co KG is our distribution partner for merchandise.
When will I receive the merchandise I ordered?
- You will receive the ordered goods after receipt of payment. Shipping is via DHL and takes approx. 3 working days.
What can I do if my goods arrive damaged?
- Please send us an e-mail with your invoice number and a photo of the damaged goods to info@spotlight-store.de
How high are the shipping costs?
- The shipping costs vary depending on the items ordered and the destination country.
Can I also purchase merchandise directly on site at the ticket office?
- Our musical merchandise can be purchased on site during opening hours. Please note that not all items are in stock at the office. Please call us in advance to find out whether your desired items are available.
What size should I choose for garments?
- The T-shirts and hoodies tend to run small. We recommend ordering one size larger.
Where can I listen to the music for the musicals?
- We offer various CDs for our musicals. You can find the CDs currently available in our fan store. You can also listen to many albums on all popular streaming platforms. You can find the links to these on our musical pages, e.g. to Robin Hood or Die Päpstin.
