Spotlight starJenny Schlensker

Jenny received her training at the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Arnhem/NL and in Munich.

There she performed in musicals such as „Children of Eden“ and “Working„ and gained early stage experience in singing, dancing and acting. She was then engaged on the AIDA club ships, where she worked as a singer and dancer in various show formats. She toured Europe with “Evita„, performed in “Hair„ at the Nationaltheater Mannheim and went on tour with “The Phantom of the Opera„. In Switzerland, she has also appeared in operettas such as “Im weißen Rössl„ and “Das Feuerwerk".

She played Karla Kolumna in „Bibi Blocksberg“ and toured Germany, Spain and Dubai with the ABBA show „Dancing Queen Fever“. From 2014 to 2016, Jenny starred in the hit musical „Elisabeth“ in China and Austria, among other places. This was followed by engagements in „Die Schatzinsel“ and „Der Medicus“ in Fulda and at Theater Hameln, as well as guest appearances in „Die Konferenz der Tiere“ and „Völlig verzaubert“.

After the „Robin Hood“ tour through Germany, Austria and Switzerland, she is now on stage in her 14th musical summer at the Fuldaer Schlosstheater (including „Friedrich - Mythos und Tragödie“, „Bonifatius“, „Robin Hood“ and „Die Päpstin“). In addition to ensemble roles, she has appeared there in numerous cover and swing roles since 2011 and has taken on the position of dance captain several times. Jenny is delighted to now be part of the world premiere of „Der Schimmelreiter - The Mystery Musical“.
