After studying at the Bayerische Theaterakademie August Everding, Nico performed in „The Sound of Music“ (Hans Zeller), „Grease“ (Kenickie), „Sunset Boulevard“ (Manfred) and „An American in Paris“ (Henri Baurel), among others. He has appeared on stage in „Ich war noch niemals in New York“ (Ensemble, cover Axel Staudach), Disney's „Der Glöckner von Notre Dame“ (Jehan, cover Phoebus), „TINA“ (Erwin Bach) and „Mamma Mia!“ (Ensemble, cover Sky).
He presented his own programs on Mein Schiff and opened the Theater am Lohmarkt Rheinbach in the 2-person musical „Jana und Janis“. In Karlsruhe, he played in „Last Christmas“ (Chris/Marc) and in the long-running hit „ABBA - Waterloo im Bällebad“ (Erwin).
In 2025, he was Swing for the first time in the world premiere of „Einstein - A matter of time“ at the Theater St. Gallen and played Riff in „West Side Story“ at the Luisenburg Festival. Most recently, Nico performed in China in „Elisabeth“ (Ensemble/Cover Franz Josef).
