Samuel Jonathan Bertz already appeared on stage as James in the world premiere of the musical „THE WAVE“ at the Landestheater Linz during his studies at the Music and Arts Private University of the City of Vienna.

After graduating in 2022, he was part of the Musical Company at the Theater für Niedersachsen in Hildesheim for 3 seasons, where he was seen as Riff Raff in „The Rocky Horror Show“, Büttel Bamford in „Sweeney Todd“, Rudi Wurlitzer in „Knockin’ On Heavens Door“, Tunny in „Green Day's American Idiot“, Sancho Panza in „The Man of La Mancha“ and Woyzeck in the world premiere of the punk rock musical of the same name.

For the role of Friedheim Schellenberg in „Stella - Das blonde Gespenst vom Kurfürstendamm“ he was nominated for best supporting actor by the German Musical Academy.
Most recently, he was on tour in China as Wolfgang Mozart in the musical „Mozart!.
