Sofia sang in the children's choir of the Teatro Regio Torino from the age of 9 and performed in operas and concerts. After training as a dancer and musical performer in Milan, she was engaged by the Cologne Chamber Opera for the tours of „Hello, Dolly“, „My Fair Lady“, „The Land of Smiles“ and „La Traviata“ as a dance soloist and member of the ensemble. This was followed by other classics such as „Jesus Christ Superstar“ and engagements outside the theater, such as the „Helene Fischer Show“ 2019 and the production „A Chorus (On)line“ (Cassie).
At the same time, she appeared in „Kiss Me, Kate“, „Cabaret“ (Helga) and „La Cage aux Folles“ (Cagelle) on the Eutin lake stage. In 2023, she performed in the German premiere of „Soho Cinders“ at the Schlossfestspiele Ettlingen and was Dance Captain and Tangolita in the KOK's anniversary production „Ball im Savoy“. Finally, she was co-choreographer in the world premiere of the musical „Showtime“.
