At the age of 9, Sofia was already singing in the children's choir of the Teatro Regio Torino and performing in operas and concerts.

After training as a dancer and musical theater performer in Milan, she was hired by the Cologne Chamber Opera for productions such as „Hello, Dolly!”, “My Fair Lady,“ and „Ball at the Savoy“—where she already served as dance captain and played the role of Tangolita. This was followed by engagements at the Neue Eutiner Festspielbühne in „Kiss Me, Kate!“, „Cabaret,” and „La Cage aux Folles,“ as well as at the Theater Dortmund in „Grease” (cover for Cha-Cha).

In 2024, she will serve as co-choreographer for the world premiere of „Showtime!” Over the past two years, she has appeared with spotlight musicals in „Die Päpstin” and as part of the ensemble in „Robin Hood.” This was followed by another engagement as a dancer at the Aalto Theater in Essen. She is currently appearing as both a swing and dance captain in „Die Päpstin” and as part of the ensemble in „Rebecca” at the Theater Dortmund.
