The Return of the White Horse Rider
The sea forgets nothing. And some stories return with the tide. Following the overwhelming success of the world premiere, „Der Schimmelreiter“ at the Fulda Castle Theater for its second season. From the June 25 through August 29, 2027 Theodor Storm's world-famous story about the rider between the worlds awaits you.
„We were truly overwhelmed by the reactions from the audience and the press, so we’ve decided to stage *Der Schimmelreiter* again in 2027 to meet the nationwide demand. Attendance for the 101 performances during the 2026 season was 99 percent.“

In addition to new visual highlights, you can look forward to an enhanced sound design and some exciting surprises. In total, there are 75 performances of the mystery musical. A special highlight for all fans is a sing-along show on Friday, July 9, 2027, at 7:30 p.m. An autograph session is scheduled to follow the performance.
