Maximilian Becker began his training at the SAE Institute Frankfurt in 2009 as a graduate audio engineer. In 2012, Maximilian continued his education with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.), Audio Production at Middlesex University London. He has been a member of the Association of German Audio Engineers since 2020.

At the same time, he accompanied the first performances of spotlight musicals GmbH „Bonifatius“, „Elisabeth – Die Legende einer Heiligen“ and „Friedrich - Mythos und Tragödie“ as a live mixer and sound designer. In 2011-2013, he was already involved in the world premiere of the musical adaptation „Die Päpstin“ as sound designer and music producer. In 2024 Maximilian won the German Musical Theater Award for the best sound design for „Die Päpstin“.

Maximilian also accompanied the live productions and produced the music for the musicals „Kolpings Traum“ (2013-2015), „Die Schatzinsel“ (2015-2016) and also for the successful production „Der Medicus“ (2016-2017). He worked as a sound designer and live mixer for the „Bonifatius“ Open-Air (2019) and as a sound designer for the tour of „Robin Hood“ (2023/2024).

In addition to his theater activities, Maximilian is also active as a musician and composer and runs his own recording studio for music production, mixing and mastering. He produces, arranges and performs for various music productions in the musical, pop-rock and pop-song genres, as well as for film and advertising. Among other things, Maximilian has also produced the music for the European tour and the DVDs for „Cavalluna - Passion for Horses“ since 2018. In 2023/2024, he recorded several tracks with Chris de Burgh for his current releases.

He is also active throughout Germany and abroad as a pianist, keyboardist and guitarist. As musical director and keyboardist for DJ Ötzi and the singer Karolin Konert. In recent years, he has also worked for the live bands of the TV show DSDS, Christian Schöne, Daniele Negroni and Beatrice Egli.
