Spotlight starFlorian Karnatz

Florian Karnatz completed his training as a certified musical theater performer at the Stage School Hamburg from 2021 to 2023. During that time, he appeared on stage at the First Stage Theater as a soloist in „The Great Christmas Show,“ as Travis in „Footloose,“ and as Joey in „Sister Act.“.
In 2023, he was part of the ensemble and served as the understudy for Alex and Jürgen in the world premiere of the PUR musical „Abenteuerland“ at the Capitol Theater in Düsseldorf. In 2025, the world’s greatest love story beckoned: Florian joined „Romeo & Juliet – Love Is Everything“ at the Theater des Westens in Berlin as a swing, understudy for Lord Capulet, and understudy for Tybalt. In 2026, he toured Germany and Austria with the musical ‘Sister Act“ as Clemont, the understudy for Curtis Jackson, Joey, and Monsignor O’Hara. With the production ”Die Päpstin,„ Florian is making his debut with spotlight musicals and is very much looking forward to becoming part of this story.
