Spotlight starJana Luisa Band

Jana Luisa Band completed her studies at the Fontys Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in 2023 with a Master of Music. During this time, she could already be seen on stage in numerous productions. She played the female lead Rosa Budd in the musical „The Mystery of Edwin Drood” and Jenny in the musical „Love Story“ in the Academietheater in Tilburg. She also played Iris in „When Rose Petals Fall“, directed by Pia Douwes, and appeared on stage with her solo program „Watch what happens“.

She made her professional debut at the Deutsches Theater in Munich in 2023 in the role of Rob as a child in „Der Medicus“. She then toured Germany, Austria and Switzerland in „Die Eiskönigin on Ice“ in the role of Elsa. In 2024, she appeared in „Die Päpstin“ at the Musicalsommer Fulda and MusicalWinter Hameln. Jana was also part of the ensemble at the „Midnight Ball“ in Duisburg.
