In addition to studying classical singing at the Berlin University of the Arts, Kira Primke also trained in dance and acting.

The versatile artist has performed at venues including the Schauspielhaus Bochum, Landestheater Linz, St. Pauli Theater in Hamburg, Theater Bonn, Stadttheater Osnabrück, the Renaissance Theater in Berlin, the Altonaer Theater in Hamburg, the State Theaters in Kassel and Nuremberg, the Altes Schauspielhaus in Stuttgart, the Theater des Westens in Berlin, the Komödie am Ku’damm, the Bregenz Festival, the Brothers Grimm Festival, and the Vereinigte Bühnen Wien.

She enjoyed great stage successes, for example, as Milo Davenport in *An American in Paris*, Reeno in *Anything Goes*, as the Grand Duchess of Gerolstein in the operetta of the same name, as Magenta in *The Rocky Horror Picture Show*, Lady of the Lake in *Spamalot*, in the German premiere of „The Fabulous World of Amélie,“ where she played the role of Gina, and as stepmother Melania in „Little Brother and Little Sister,“ for which she was named Best Supporting Actress at the 2022 German Musical Theater Awards.
Most recently, Kira appeared as the Abbess in „Robin Hood,“ she appeared on stage at the Nuremberg State Theater in „La Cage aux Folles“ as Marie Dindon, and for the past three years she has delighted audiences at the Oldenburg State Theater as Fräulein Kost in „Cabaret.“.
In addition to her stage work, she is also a voice actress, a member of the jury for the National Singing Competition, and a vocal instructor.
