Spotlight starNiklas Schurz

Born in Bonn, Niklas completed his musical theater studies at the Theaterakademie August Everding as a scholarship holder of the German Stage Association with a Master of Arts.

In „Der Schimmelreiter“ Niklas celebrates his debut at the Musicalsommer Fulda.

He has previously appeared in various leading roles in musicals, including Cosmo Brown in „Singin‘ in the Rain“ (Salzburger Landestheater, Theater Heidelberg), Riff in „West Side Story“ (Musicalsommer Kufstein) and Neil Kellerman / cv. Billy Kostecki in „Dirty Dancing“ (ATG-Entertainment). He also played Paul in „Kiss Me, Kate“ (Baden near Vienna), Eugene Florczyk in the cult musical „Grease“ (Amstetten), tap dancer Pete in „Swing Street“ (Fürth/Heilbronn/Neustrelitz) and Charles Lightoller in the musical „Titanic“ at the Landestheater Linz.

He has also appeared in „Märchen im Grand Hotel“ (Nuremberg), „American Idiot“ (Innsbruck) and Rogers and Hammerstein's „Cinderella“ (Munich).
